monoclonal antibody production

Generally they can not produce monoclonal antibodies, because the nature of the antigens usually stimulate generated with different antigens. Only man can be achieved for a particular epitope of the monoclonal antibody.
The production of monoclonal idea is to obtain a specific B cells, as corresponding to a specific B-cell specific antibody, if we can develop this kind of purified B cells, then it can be generated by stimulating a single type of antibody, that is a single cloned antibody.
The usual practice is short-lived plasma cells rapidly fuse with myeloma cells to overcome its weaknesses is difficult to develop short life, and then through a series of proliferation can be stimulated to get a single type of antibody, which is the monoclonal antibody approach.

what is Geotrichum, Geotrichum species

Species of the genus Geotrichum produce chains of hyaline, flowing, single-celled, subglobose to cylindric, slippery arthroconidia (ameroconidia) by the holoarthric fragmentation of uniform hyphae. The arthroconidia, which are quite a variable in size of it, can germinate at one end giving the appearing of a bud. How, the latter develops into a septate mycelium. Admittedly blastoconidia production isn’t found in the genus. This device characteristic distinguishes the genus Geotrichum from Trichosporon, which generally does produce blastoconidia. On Sabouraud’s dextrose agar, colonies are aggressive, flat, white to cream, dry and finely suede-like without any reverse pigment. Hyphae are hyaline, septate, branched and break down into chain by hyalin, flowing, single-celled, subglobose to cylindric arthroconidia. They’re 6-12 x 3-6 um in size of it and are released by the separation of a double septum. The need to exercise care when identifying species of Geotrichum must be stressed, as this name has often been used erroneously to describe any hyaline hyphomycete producing arthroconidia . Geotrichum species mayhap differentiated from one another applying physiologic and biochemical tests similar to those applied for the designation of barms.

sio2 structure

The basic chemical bonds in silicon oxide is Si-O bond (containing 50% and 50% of the covalent bond
ionic bond).
Oxidation of silicon atoms in the basic structure is composed of Si-O bond is tetrahedral, each Si ion
is surrounded by four tetrahedral distribution of O ions (Si and O ion-ion center between the centers
distance of 1.6?, O ions and O ions the distance between the centers of 2.27?). Then, the Si-O
tetrahedral angle of O ions through the rules to connect together to form network-like structure, which
constitutes a crystalline silicon oxide. Otherwise, if the Si-O tetrahedral connections are not very
rules that form a network structure of some confusion, for the amorphous silicon oxide.
Obviously, there are many in the silicon oxide by a number of Si-O tetrahedron made of hollow
surrounded by (the middle of the empty network), these relatively large empty volume. In fact, Si-O
molecule itself occupies the entire volume of the smaller, only 43%, and most of them are empty.
Therefore, a smaller proportion of silica, crystalline silica is 2.65g/cm3, amorphous silicon oxide for
2.21g/cm3. As a result, silica is relatively easy to allow a smaller radius of H, Na, K, Ca, Ba and
other impurity atoms into their network structure (in the hollow inside), and these hetero-atom
diffusion in the network structure also more easily, often referred to as the network changes this

How Do Liquid Crystals Work?

The discovery of liquid crystals brought a new phase of matter into existence within the scientific world. According to Case Western Reserve University, the discovery came about through an experiment conducted in 1888 by Friedrich Reinitzer, an Austrian botanist. By heating a material called cholesteryl benzoate, Reinitzer observed that the material melted in two distinct phases. The first phase produced a cloudy liquid. Further heating caused the cloudy liquid to become clear. As a result, this new liquid-solid material--now known as liquid crystals--became known as a new form of matter

How Does Nattokinase Work in the Blood Stream?

Nattokinase has been clinically described as a subtilisin-like (bacterial) serine protease. Serine proteases are enzymes that digest or dissolve proteins. Bacterial (subtilisn) serine proteases have the same mechanism of action as those of mammals but differ in structure. Several clotting factors are serine proteases such as thrombin and plasmin. As a type of serine protease, nattokinase has a similar effect as plasmin, in dissolving clots by breaking down the proteins in fibrin and increasing the concentration of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). In dissolving clots on vessel walls, nattokinase supports maintaining the integrity of the blood vessels.

A blood clot forms when blood platelets, fibrinogen and red blood cells aggregate in the presence of clotting factors. A blood clot, or thrombus, serves as a plug to heal an injury such as a cut. Internally, blood clots aid in blood vessel repair. A embolus forms when part of a thrombus becomes mobile and migrates to another part of the body through the blood vessels such as the heart or brain and blocks circulation. Plasmin is the enzyme that breaks down a blood clot (i.e., fibrinolysis).

How to Clean Musty Acetate Fabric

Acetate fabric, created to be a synthetic version of silk, is now used in blends with other fabrics. Mildew is less likely to grow on clean clothing than on soiled clothing. Since acetate is fairly resistant to mildew, if your fabric smells musty, it is likely from mildew growing on soiled fabric. Washing acetate isn't difficult, although you shouldn't toss it in the washer with regular laundry; you'll need to hand wash the fabric.

Hand wash the acetate fabric with mild detergent and warm water, about 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Allow the fabric to soak for a few minutes to break up any stains and then gently rub the fabric together. Avoid harsh scrubbing because it might damage the fabric.

Why Use Desiccants in Food Storage?

Desiccant packets will suck moisture out of the atmosphere, helping keep crisp food crisp. If you work in a professional kitchen or you're making special treats for a home party, use desiccant packets.

Desiccants dry out the air by removing naturally occurring water vapor. Desiccants can extend the shelf life of products such as chips, crackers or butter cookies that may otherwise go stale.

The three main types of desiccants are silica gel, molecular sieve and clay. Clay desiccants are made from clay, silica gel desiccants are made of silicon dioxide and molecular sieve desiccants are made from a metal called alumosilicate zeolite.

How to Make Clear Glycerin Soap

Learning to craft your own handmade natural soaps is an enjoyable hobby. Like any great pastime, soap-making allows the creator ample personal creativity with each project. Once the basics are mastered, no two soap makers formulate their soaps in exactly the same way. Most beginning soap makers start by making clear glycerin soap. Glycerin is a substance that is prized for its ability to draw water from the air. This property causes glycerin to be a valued component in soaps, lotions and creams. Glycerin-based personal care products are richly moisturizing and gentle. In this article, you will learn how to make clear glycerin soap based on the "melt-and-pour" technique. This method is among the least complex and is ideal for anyone new to soap-crafting. Melt-and-pour clear glycerin soap is ready for use as soon as it cools, because it is designed to harden at the same time, unlike traditional lye-based methods, which can sometimes take many days to cure.

How to Make Bismuth Crystals

Bismuth, element number 83 on the periodic table of elements, grows as square, iridescent crystals with smooth outside edges and a stair-step pattern on the inner edge. Crystals grown this way are called hopper crystals. Their iridescent color pattern forms from an oxide layer on the outside of the crystals. While bismuth crystals are rare in nature, you can make large, intricate bismuth crystals at home in your kitchen.

Break up the raw bismuth into nickel-sized pieces by placing the bismuth inside an old towel and hitting it with short, controlled blows with a rubber mallet. Place them into a small but deep stainless steel sauce pan. Cover the bottom of the pan in bismuth pieces, then layer another layer on top of that.

How to Drink Barium Sulfate Contrast Suspensions for CT Scans

A computed topography (CT) scan of the abdomen or pelvis often requires the timely use of a considerable amount of suspension of barium sulfate. The use of barium sulfate as a contrast agent is essential for the proper interpretation of the results scanner. Think of a TV that has a contrast setting: If the contrast is turned all the way down, the screen is almost empty. Thus, it is important to drink all the barium sulfate is prescribed for a scanner. The type abdominal or pelvic scan appointment requires the patient to fast for three hours (or more) and arrive at least one hour ahead of the scheduled time to begin the experiment is the cocktail of barium sulphate. The suspension of barium sulfate, while only 2% weight by volume, is thick, milky drink that look can be best described as a taste of latex paint. This analogy is appropriate because barium sulfate has a different taste for everyone. The only constant is that nobody, at least no sane person has tasted of barium sulphate and ask for more! So here are some steps that helped people prepare for, choke down and recover from a suspension of barium sulfate for a scanner.

Description Of L-Arginine

Products Name: L-Arginine
Molecular Formula:C6H14N4O2
CAS No.:74-79-3
Molecular weight:174.2

The pathways linking arginine, glutamine, and proline are bidirectional. Thus, the net utilization or production of these amino acids is highly dependent on cell type and developmental stage.
On a whole-body basis, synthesis of arginine occurs principally via the intestinal–renal axis, wherein epithelial cells of the small intestine, which produce citrulline primarily from glutamine and glutamate, collaborate with the proximal tubule cells of the kidney, which extract citrulline from the circulation and convert it to arginine, which is returned to the circulation. As a consequence, impairment of small bowel or renal function can reduce endogenous arginine synthesis, thereby increasing the dietary requirement.
From:http://www.aminophenol.net/L-series-of-amino-acid/167/

Sources of L-Arginine

Arginine is a conditionally nonessential amino acid, meaning most of the time it can be manufactured by the human body, and does not need to be obtained directly through the diet. The biosynthetic pathway however does not produce sufficient arginine, and some must still be consumed through diet. Individuals who have poor nutrition or certain physical conditions may be advised to increase their intake of foods containing arginine. Arginine is found in a wide variety of foods, including:
Animal sources
dairy products (e.g., cottage cheese, ricotta, milk, yogurt, whey protein drinks), beef, pork (e.g., bacon, ham), gelatin , poultry (e.g. chicken and turkey light meat), wild game (e.g. pheasant, quail), seafood (e.g., halibut, lobster, salmon, shrimp, snails, tuna)
Plant sources
wheat germ and flour, buckwheat, granola, oatmeal, peanuts, nuts (coconut, pecans, cashews, walnuts, almonds, Brazil nuts, hazelnuts, pinenuts), seeds (pumpkin, sesame, sunflower), chick peas, cooked soybeans, Phalaris canariensis (canaryseed or ALPISTE)
Arginine is synthesized from citrulline by the sequential action of the cytosolic enzymes argininosuccinate synthetase (ASS) and argininosuccinate lyase (ASL). In terms of energy, this is costly, as the synthesis of each molecule of argininosuccinate requires hydrolysis of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) to adenosine monophosphate (AMP), i.e., two ATP equivalents.

Introduction of Vasopressin

Argininevasopressin (AVP), also known as vasopressin, argipressin or antidiuretic hormone (ADH), is a neurohypophysial hormone found in most mammals, including humans.Vasopressin is a peptide hormone that controls the reabsorption of molecules in the tubules of the kidneys by affecting the tissue's permeability. It also increases peripheral vascular resistance, which in turn increases arterial blood pressure. It plays a key role in homeostasis, and the regulation of water, glucose, and salts in the blood. It is derived from a preprohormone precursor that is synthesized in the hypothalamus and stored in vesicles at the posterior pituitary. Most of it is stored in the posterior pituitary to be released into the bloodstream; however, some AVP is also released directly into the brain, where it plays an important role in social behavior and bonding.
One of the most important roles ofAVP is to regulate the body's retention of water; it is released when the body is dehydrated and causes the kidneys to conserve water, thus concentrating the urine, and reducing urine volume.

How to Treat Extravasation of Vasopressin

Vasopressin is a powerful drug commonly used by emergency personnel in the treatment of cardiac arrest, as it leads to increased blood pressure. Vasopressin is administered intravenously, which means that the patient is at risk of extravasation - when media such as IV fluids leak from the vein into the surrounding tissue fat. The increasing use of vasopressin in the management of cardiac resuscitation also increased the frequency of extravasation. Rapid treatment of extravasation will deter tissue damage that could occur due to increased constriction of blood vessels at the site IV.

How to Prevent the Breakdown of Nitric Oxide

Increase your intake of L-arginine. Dr. Ignarro's research recommends consumption from 2000 to 3000 milligrams (mg) of L-arginine twice a day. L-Arginine is an amino acid that circulates in the blood to the inner wall of blood vessels, protecting cells, where it is used to make nitric oxide.

Take the L-citrulline by L-arginine to maintain levels of nitric oxide. No-More-Heart-Disease.com endorses the conclusions of Dr. Ignarro to recommend 400-600 mg per day of L-citrulline, another amino acid. L-arginine must be combined with L-citrulline to enable it to enter cells easily.

Introduction of Endothelin 1

Endothelins are proteins that constrict blood vessels and raise blood pressure. They are normally kept in balance by other mechanisms, but when they are over-expressed, they contribute to high blood pressure (hypertension) and heart disease.
Endothelins are 21-amino acid vasoconstricting peptides produced primarily in the endothelium having a key role in vascular homeostasis. Among the strongest vasoconstrictors known, endothelins are implicated in vascular diseases of several organ systems, including the heart, general circulation and brain.

The Effect of Procyanidin on Hair Care

Procyanidins are a class of flavanols, which also go by the names proanthocyanidins, condensed tannins, oligomeric proanthocyanidins, or leukocyanidin leucoanthocyanins. Jacques Masquelier first described their lives in 1936, describing them as vitamin P. The scientific community does not officially recognize the term, and it finally fell into disuse popular. Chemically, procyanidins are the polymer chains to flavonoids catechin.

As principal vasoactive polyphenols, regular consumption of red wine, procyanidin and therefore, results in persistent suppression of endothelin-1, a vasoconstrictor protein that is related to heart disease.

What is Hydroxocobalamin

Hydroxocobalamin (OHCbl, or B12a) is a natural form, or vitamer, of vitamin B12, a basic member of the cobalamin family of compounds. Hydroxocobalamin is the form of vitamin B12 produced by many bacteria which are used to produce the vitamin commercially. Like other forms of vitamin B12, hydroxocobalamin has an intense red color. It is not a form normally found in the human body, but is easily converted in the body to usable coenzyme forms of vitamin B12. Pharmaceutically, hydroxycobalamin is usually produced as a sterile injectable solution, and is used for treatment of the vitamin deficiency, and also (because of its afinity for cyanide ion) as a treatment for cyanide poisoning.[1] Experimentally, it has been tested as a scavenger of nitric oxide.

Product Description:
Hydroxocobalamin (OHCbl) is a natural analog of vitamin B-12, a basic member of the cobalamin family of compounds. It has an intense red color. Vitamin B12 is a term that refers to a group of compounds called cobalamins that are available in the human body in a variety of mostly interconvertible forms. Together with folic acid, cobalamins are essential cofactors required for DNA synthesis in cells where chromosomal replication and division are occurring-most notably the bone marrow and myeloid cells. As a cofactor, cobalamins are essential for two cellular reactions:  the mitochondrial methylmalonylcoenzyme A mutase conversion of methylmalonic acid (MMA) to succinate, which links lipid and carbohydrate metabolism, and  activation of methionine synthase, which is the rate limiting step in the synthesis of methionine from homocysteine and tetrahydrofolate (Katzung, 1989).

Vitamin B12 shots, which go by the generic name cyanocobalamin and hydroxocobalamin are often administered to treat or B12 deficiencies as a supplement for patients who require higher levels of the vitamin due to a chronic illness. While there are rarely any side effects to taking oral doses of vitamin, some people may experience adverse reactions to injections of vitamin B12.

When the B12 shot is administered to a newborn baby in the first months of his life, the baby may have an adverse reaction to benzyl alcohol, a preservative that is contained in the injection of vitamin B12. Symptoms of adverse reactions include a slow heartbeat, low blood pressure and suddenly out of breath. The risk of an adverse event is even higher if the child has a low birth weight, and it can sometimes lead to death. Ideally, the baby should be given a shot B12 that does not use benzyl alcohol as a preservative.

Information of Glycerol trimyristate

Glycerol (or glycerin, glycerine) is a simple polyol compound. It is a colorless, odorless, viscous liquid that is widely used in pharmaceutical formulations. Glycerol has three hydroxyl groups that are responsible for its solubility in water and its hygroscopic nature. The glycerol backbone is central to all lipids known as triglycerides. Glycerol is sweet-tasting and of low toxicity.
Trimyristin is an ester with the chemical formula C45H86O6. It is a saturated fat which is the triglyceride of myristic acid. Trimyristin is found naturally in many vegetable fats and oils. Trimyristin is a white to yellowish-gray solid that is insoluble in water, but soluble in ethanol, benzene, chloroform, dichloromethane, and ether.

Cinnarizine could be also viewed as a nootropic drug

Cinnarizine could be also viewed as a nootropic drug because of its vasorelaxating abilities (due to calcium channel blockage), which happen mostly in brain. It is also effectively combined with other nootropics, primarily Piracetam; in such combination each drug potentiate the other in boosting brain oxygen supply.
While this may be true, cinnarizine is also known to cause acute and chronic parkinsonism probably due to its affinity for D2 receptors, which strongly countersuggests its actual usefulness for improving neurohealth.
Cinnarizine can be used in scuba divers without an increased risk of central nervous system oxygen toxicity.
Cinnarizine can cause drowsiness and blurred vision. It is important that users make sure their reactions are normal before driving, operating machinery, or doing any other jobs which could be dangerous if they are not fully alert or able to see well. The CAS No. is 298-57-7;Molecular Formula is C26H28N2;Formula Weight is 368.52.It should be sealed to preserve in dry and dark place.

A desiccant is a hygroscopic substance that induces or sustains a state of dryness (desiccation) in its local vicinity in a moderately well-sealed container.
Commonly encountered pre-packaged desiccants are solids, and work through absorption or adsorption of water, or a combination of the two. Desiccants for specialized purposes may be in forms other than solid, and may work through other principles, such as chemical bonding of water molecules.
Pre-packaged desiccant is most commonly used to remove excessive humidity that would normally degrade or even destroy products sensitive to moisture. Some commonly used desiccants are: silica gel, activated charcoal, calcium sulfate, calcium chloride, montmorillonite clay, and molecular sieves. Silica gel is often used in musical instrument cases.

The Best Prefinished Coatings for Hardwood

Prefinished hardwoods come with certain types of characteristics depending on the finishing material used. Prefinished hardwoods are typically more expensive than their unfinished counterparts, but are sometimes preferred by contractors and homeowners because of their durability. Although most prefinished hardwoods come coated with polyurethane, there are several prefinished coatings used on the market today.

Acrylic impregnation refers to the injection process acrylic monomers in the top layer of wood. This process makes the wood harder and more resistant to corrosion. The acrylic monomers are also consistent when they come into contact with wood grain, making a good seal. Above the acrylic monomer is another coating layer, typically polyurethane finish to create a more resistant to abrasion.

Tellurium is a chemical element that has the symbol Te and atomic number 52

Tellurium is a chemical element that has the symbol Te and atomic number 52. A brittle, mildly toxic, silver-white metalloid which looks similar to tin, tellurium is chemically related to selenium and sulfur. Tellurium was discovered in Transylvania (today part of Romania) in 1782 by Franz-Joseph Müller von Reichenstein in a mineral containing gold and tellurium. Martin Heinrich Klaproth named the new element in 1798 after the Latin word for "earth", tellus.
Although several gold deposits contain tellurium minerals, the main commercial source for tellurium is as a by-product of copper and lead production. Tellurium is primarily used in alloys, foremost in steel and copper to improve machinability. Applications in solar panels and as a semiconductor material also consume a considerable fraction of tellurium production.
Copper is a chemical element with the symbol Cu (from Latin: cuprum) and atomic number 29. It is a ductile metal with very high thermal and electrical conductivity. Pure copper is soft and malleable; an exposed surface has a reddish-orange tarnish. It is used as a conductor of heat and electricity, a building material, and a constituent of various metal alloys.

Its compounds are commonly encountered as copper(II) salts, which often impart blue or green colors to minerals such as turquoise and have been widely used historically as pigments. Architectural structures built with copper corrode to give green verdigris (or patina). Decorative art prominently features copper, both by itself and as part of pigments.

Production of Shellac

Shellac is scraped from the bark of the trees where the female lac bug, Kerria lacca, Order Hemiptera, Family Coccidae secretes it to form a tunnel-like tube as it traverses the branches of tree. Though these tunnels are sometimes referred to as "cocoons", they are not literally cocoons in the entomological sense. This insect is in the same family as the insect from which cochineal is obtained. The insects suck the sap of the tree and excrete "stick-lac" almost constantly. The least coloured shellac is produced when the insects feed on the kursum tree, (Schleichera trijuga). The raw shellac, which contains bark shavings and lac bug parts, is placed in canvas tubes (much like long socks) and heated over a fire. This causes the shellac to liquefy, and it seeps out of the canvas, leaving the bark and bug parts behind. The thick, sticky shellac is then dried into a flat sheet and broken into flakes, or dried into "buttons" (pucks/cakes), then bagged and sold. The end-user then crushes it into a fine powder, mixes it with ethyl alcohol prior to use to dissolve the flakes and make liquid shellac.

Tocotrienol

Product Name:Tocotrienol
Molecular Formula:C28H42O2
CAS No.:14101-61-2
Product Description:
The tocotrienol (or TCT) group-together with tocopherols-compose the vitamin E family. Natural tocotrienols exist in four different forms or isomers, named alpha-, beta-, gamma- and delta- tocotrienol, each which contain different number of methyl groups on the chromanol ring. The major structural difference from tocopherol is through its unsaturated side chain that has three double bonds in its farnesyl isoprenoid tail. All of the isomers have been demonstrated to have some level of antioxidant activity due to the donating hydrogen atom from the hydroxyl group on the chromanol ring that might reduce free radicals in the body. However, some of the isomers have been further investigated through a number of clinical and non-clinical studies for other biological activities. The investigations have shown promise in pre-clinical and clinical applications that include cancer treatment and cholestrol control, benefits that may be lesser or even lacking in the more commonly used synthetic alpha-tocopherol as discussed later.

From:http://natural-food-additive.com/additives/Vitamins/Tocotrienol/

News of Tocotrienols

Tocotrienols are members of the vitamin E family. An essential nutrient for the body, vitamin E is made up of four tocopherols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta) and four tocotrienols (alpha, beta, gamma, delta). The slight difference between tocotrienols and tocopherols lie in the unsaturated side chain having three double bonds in its farnesyl isoprenoid tail. Tocotrienols are natural compounds found in select vegetable oils, wheat germ, barley, saw palmetto, and certain types of nuts and grains. This variant of vitamin E typically only occurs at very low levels in nature.
Chemically, vitamin E in all of its forms functions as an antioxidant. All of the tocotrienol and tocopherol isomers have this antioxidant activity due to the ability to donate a hydrogen atom (a proton plus electron) from the hydroxyl group on the chromanol ring, to a free radical in the body. This process inactivates ("quenches") the free radical by effectively donating a single unpaired electron (which comes with the hydrogen atom) to the radical. Although the many vitamers of vitamin E have different distributions and metabolic fates, there is as yet no accepted evidence that any of the active forms of vitamin E are able to do any essential function in the body that each of the others is not also able to do. Specifically, symptoms caused by alpha-tocopherol deficiency can be alleviated by tocotrienols. Thus, tocotrienols may be viewed as being members of the natural vitamin E family not only structurally but also functionally. Thus, one model for the function of vitamin E in the body is that it protects cell membranes, active enzyme sites, and DNA from free radical damage.

Biotin and Baldness

Biotin is one of several B vitamins, which play essential roles in metabolism. Biotin deficiency can lead to dry skin, hair loss and baldness. Since the deficiency is associated with hair loss and correction can restore hair growth, it is assumed that biotin itself can increase hair growth. Unfortunately, there is no data to support the increase of biotin in someone with normal levels of biotin will regrow the hair grow faster.

News of Isophorone

Isophorone is an α,β-Unsaturated cyclic ketone, a colorless to yellowish liquid with characteristic smell, that is used as a solvent and as an intermediate in organic synthesis. Isophorone also occurs naturally in cranberries.
Isophorone can be manufactured by catalyzed self-condensation of acetone.Mesityl oxide is the initial product of the self-aldol condensation of acetone. The mesityl oxide formed can react further with acetone via a Michael reaction and subsequent intramolecular aldol condensation to eventually obtain the six-membered ring of isophorone. This is an example of the Robinson annulation. The yield of the two compounds depends on the reaction conditions.
The use ofisophorone as a solvent resulted from the search for ways to dispose of or recycle acetone, which is a waste product of phenol synthesis by the Hock method.Isophorone is used as a solvent in some printing inks, paints, lacquers, adhesives, copolymers, coatings, finishings and pesticides. It is also used as a chemical intermediate and as an ingredient in wood preservatives and floor sealants.

How to create flowers with acrylic paints

After mixing the pink and the pink light in the base color, it's time to add light. You will need yellow. There are two ways to do this. You can mix bits of yellow in the pale pink or you can dab of yellow sporadic points in the pale pink color. It depends on what style you want. For areas stem and pollen, use the same technique. Start with a base color, then add dark and light colors of the base color. Then add your light source (yellow). This should put you on track for a flower acrylic appearance.
