monoclonal antibody production

Generally they can not produce monoclonal antibodies, because the nature of the antigens usually stimulate generated with different antigens. Only man can be achieved for a particular epitope of the monoclonal antibody.
The production of monoclonal idea is to obtain a specific B cells, as corresponding to a specific B-cell specific antibody, if we can develop this kind of purified B cells, then it can be generated by stimulating a single type of antibody, that is a single cloned antibody.
The usual practice is short-lived plasma cells rapidly fuse with myeloma cells to overcome its weaknesses is difficult to develop short life, and then through a series of proliferation can be stimulated to get a single type of antibody, which is the monoclonal antibody approach.
